DBCC Cultural Arts Deparment The Cultural Arts Department is a comprehensive and interdisciplinary program including the Fine and Studio Arts, and the General Education Curriculum that includes Humanities, Philosophy, History and Journalism. The department offers performance and academic scholarships for qualified students in Music, Drama, and Dance.
Our department's professional faculty represent outstanding examples of leadership within the college and community and are dedicated to thoroughly preparing our students for matriculation to our state's upper divsion colleges and universities.
The department is chaired by Dr. Douglas Peterson, petersd@dbcc.edu who is located in Building 230, Room 113. He may be reached by telephone at 506-3276.
Mr. Robert Arcuri and Dr. Norton Christeson serve as Assistant Chairs within Cultural Arts. Mr. Arcuri is located in Building 230, Room 118, phone 506-3524 and Dr. Christeson also in Building 230, Room 117, phone 506-3339.
