| Where the Future Begins! |
Maintaining a good immigration status is key to your success at DBC.
The United States Government Department of Homeland Security requires all international students to report upon arrival to the school’s designated official. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) requires all students on visas to enroll full-time (12 or more credit hours), each Fall and Spring semesters. ICE also requires that you make satisfactory progress toward meeting the program objectives stated in the SEVIS I-20 that DBC issued. You are required to attend an orientation session during the Fall or Spring semester. You are required to comply with all DBC rules and regulations. Counseling and academic advising services are available to assist you. International students are a vital part of our education program. We'll do all we can to help you have a successful and enjoyable educational experience at DBC.
We strongly recommend that you travel to DBC 30 days before classes start to complete the registration process and maximize class availability.
